At RareTime, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free returns and refunds process.
Return and Refund Conditions:
- Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original, unused condition with all packaging, tags, and certificates intact.
- Non-Returnable Items: Custom or engraved watches, and items damaged due to customer misuse, are not eligible for return.
- Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at support@raretime.com with your order number. We will provide return instructions and a return shipping label, if applicable.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange an item, you can return the original product following the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is safely delivered.
