Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and documentation.
- Customized or engraved watches are not eligible for returns unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Non-Refundable Items

- Shipping fees incurred during the original order.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will replace it at no additional cost. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Return Shipping Costs
- For defective or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- For all other returns, the customer is responsible for shipping fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item.
Damaged or Defective Items

Late or Missing Refunds

Changes or Cancellations
Orders can be modified or canceled within 24 hours of placement. Once the order is shipped, changes and cancellations are no longer possible, and the return policy will apply.
International Returns
